3) Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only to the minimum extent necessary, in these cases:

- Electronic payment providers, to process payments securely

Data-sharing requirements can differ by destination, service type and supplier.
4) Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may have a limited effect on some site functions.
5) Protecting and retaining information
We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, misuse or loss.
We retain your data for as long as it is needed to deliver the service or for regulatory, legal or accounting purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised in line with applicable regulations.
6) Your rights over your personal data
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Be informed how your data is collected and why it is used
- Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy
- Request correction of your data where it is inaccurate or incomplete
- Request destruction of your data once it is no longer needed, subject to our regulatory obligations
- Withdraw your consent to processing at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7) Marketing and unsubscribing
We only send marketing messages with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message, by replying "STOP" to a WhatsApp message, or by contacting us directly.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop operational messages about your existing bookings, such as confirmations or schedule-change alerts.
8) Transfers outside the Kingdom
By the nature of travel services, fulfilling your booking may require transferring some of your data to parties outside Saudi Arabia, such as hotels, airlines, embassies and operators at your destination.
Transfers are limited to the data necessary to deliver the service and are made in accordance with the applicable regulatory controls in the Kingdom.
9) Children's privacy
Our services are directed at adults. We collect a minor's data only as part of a family booking made by a parent or guardian, and only to the extent needed to complete it (such as name, date of birth and passport number).
If you believe a minor's data has been provided to us without authorisation, contact us and we will act on it.
10) Changes to this policy and contacting us
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable regulations. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and we recommend reviewing it periodically.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us using the details below.
